Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy:

We currently ship within India, to selected locations. Please check if we deliver to your pin code during checkout. If there is no courier service available in your area, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

On adding the product to cart, the order details are displayed for your confirmation. The checkout button furnishes the complete details of the billing and shipping. Once this is done, the overall final price including shipping is displayed.

Your orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies who are qualified to handle valuable products. All shipping charges for all orders shall be borne by the Customer. Orders are shipped within 7 business days for products in stock or as per the date agreed at the time of order confirmation (in the case of any customizations involved) and delivery of the shipment is subject to courier company norms. Aahaana Mooguthii is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 7 business days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. 

Packaging:

Every jewellery package from Aahaana Mooguthii will arrive at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof & exclusive Aahaana Mooguthii box. Every order will be fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving the package from the courier company.

Return Policy :

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 3-day return policy, only if any damage and to request a return simply contact us with your purchase details within 3 days of receiving the product. To return a product, please follow the steps under “How to return a product?”.

How to Return a product?
To return a product, follow our three-step process:

 1.Write to aahaanamooguthii@gmail.com with subject “Reg: Product Return Order No.######” and in the body do specify 

• the reason why you are looking to return the product - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
• if you would like a refund the product 

2. Pack the product in the same way you received it.

3. On receiving a confirmation mail from our end, you can hand over the package to our logistics partner who will receive the package at your doorstep.

Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized or damaged cannot be accepted for 100% return. Aahaana Mooguthii Reserves the rights to refund and refund can be claimed only if you satisfy the following terms & conditions:

The exchange, return and money back policies are subject to terms & conditions as mentioned below:

• Customised Jewellery which includes personalised/engraved products/ordered or any customisations in line with specific instructions from Customer is not eligible for return/money back. 

• All shipping charges involved in the exchange/return process will be borne by the customer, unless a faulty or wrong product was shipped to the customer by Aahaana Mooguthii.

• Product should be securely packaged and handed over to our logistics partner within the 3 day period. 

• In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes are used during the original purchase, the amount will be reduced by the amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes.

• In case of Money back, the payment shall be made be credited within 15 business days of us intimating the refund amount to you via mail.

• Aahaana Mooguthii reserves the right to change the exchange/money back price of the product based on the Quality Inspection.

• In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product received, before the new product is dispatched from our end.

• The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Aahaana Mooguthii and accept our decision regarding the return/exchange policy.

• Disputes of any nature will come under Bangalore-India jurisdiction.
